It's Personal! specializes in environmentally sound event practices and sourcing sustainable alternatives for all elements of producing special occasions.

From the smallest 'eco' change in your party to the most 'green' and spectacular wedding, we can advise you and guide you in your choices. Every little bit helps, and we can help you do it without increasing your costs. Unique ideas, new traditions and hidden vendors are what we use to help you lessen your 'eco footprint' while you celebrate.

We will work with you on a consultation basis or as your full-service event designer.

Our Menu of Wedding Services

a. Advice, Consultations and Vendor Negotiations

Your first consultation is, of course, free. If you are doing it mostly yourselves, we can provide you on-going advice and negotiation services on an hourly basis.

Fee
$50 per hour, some minimums may apply

b. Day-of Coordination

Day-of, NO STRESS, coordination includes:
Preview meeting four weeks before the event to cover all the details
Vendor confirmations one week prior to the event
Site set-up coordination
Last-minute solutions, and
Up to 8 hours of on-site, invisible event management

We bring an exacting planning science from our film industry and event management experience AND we know how to make it fun! It's about you and your guests, not the schedule. You may not even realize we are there, but your vendors will, you and your guests will have the experience of a lifetime and no matter what happens...

c. Full Service Planning

From design concept to sweeping up the birdseed and cake crumbs, we will be there to handle all the details you don't want to stress about. Remember, with It's Personal!, it's about YOUR vision, YOUR style, YOUR desires, so you will be very much involved!

With our team of creative experts and wedding professionals (including the Event Director - herself a professional wedding musician and corporate event planner for 15 years) your coordinator will work with you to produce YOUR vision. And since sometimes things do happen, we have back-up coordinators to serve you should yours fall ill.

Fee

Depending on the size of the event, location (we WILL travel!) and complexity of services required, we will customize a quote for you. We feel that charging a percentage of the budget does not serve our clients. A planner will most certainly save you money and time, regardless of what you have in mind. We will be the in-town eyes and ears for the couple coming from outside Ontario or Canada.
